Okay. I saw it. I didn't want to but there it was in spite of trying to avoid it all night long. I almost got away. It started with a disclaimer about the world premiere of the Spider Man 3 trailer and as I started to get up off the bed where I was watching CSI and reading the Publix insert from the News-Journal, I tripped over the empty box of sugar-free Oreos that had inadvertantly fallen on the floor beside me. Unfortunately, it took me nearly a full minute to get untangled for escape and by then it was too late. I'd seen it against my will. I saw Spidey turn to the dark side. The only cure for that image will be successive viewing of Santa Claus 3/The Escape Claus over at Ocean Walk as soon as possible. I sure hope they have plenty of treacle at the consession stand.
