OK now that i've seen the amount of each category…. its 10/27 so it won't help much… unless you'll treat all the mp3 as oroginals (then you'll get 13/24 in each poll, and maybe, just maybe, that will allow you to use a less disfunctional poll system that can allow 24 items)

Maybe if the poll was smaller, it would work. Like one for originals and one for filks (which in a way would make some sense, because its different categories)
Tough that would require an extra T-shirt and signed photo (but would also double everyone's chance of winning)

YAY!!! While I usually subscribe to the belief that there shouldn't be competition in music – just different forms of expression – this has been really cool, I guess the competition aspect drives us to work harder. The quality of the submissions has been unreal, and I reckon there'll be a few more interested muso's lurking around that will enter the next one. Looking forward to it!
