Tomorrow's Best Buy ad will advertise a sale price of 17.99 and a free Serenity comic. No word yet on what's inside — I suspect the first third or so of "Those Left Behind," to help advertise the upcoming hardcover collection — but the cover is the Sean Phillips picture from the back cover of the trade paperback. Amazon has it matched up with different Firefly/Serenity items, depending on your purchase history (#11 at Amazon! Yay!).
Any more deals or special promotions? We'll know more once the circulars come out tomorrow, but if you hear of any, post 'em here!

The cover of said comic appear to be Mal, Zoe, and Jayne. The picture in the Best Buy circular is small, but I don't spot any title, just the Serenity logo.

Anybody know how many Best Buy stores there are? I found one mention of 800 stores. That would make it 6,400 comic books.

Minimum 8 per store? That means – um – they clearly may sell out of these in an instant! So……do I want to line up in the morning after work to grab one, that is the question………
You can tell for certain, now, via Best Buy that it's a Dark Horse thing.
Just got mine at BB, the comic is the first third of "Those Left Behind" and the picture shows the comic to scale with the DVD packaging–i.e. it's small.
