No worries, BugInWax! The insert is in every DVD and I think we'll have plenty of money packs for everyone who gets a DVD and wants one.
This is just our way of encouraging Browncoats to by that Collector's DVD. It's *really* important to get as many of these sold in the next 60 days as possible. And we figured $7 off a money pack should take the sting out a bit, yes?

Yes, we do ship overseas. However, I don't know the price off the top of my head. However, if you set-up your order and go to checkout, the commerce system will quote you a shipping price before you commit to buy.
