Been a while since Teres made a new Firefly Barbie, but I think it was worth the wait. Here's Patience just before confronting Mal over a minor negotiation.

She started life as a Happy Family Grandma but apparently times have been rough. She's had to make some adjustments, got a new attitude, made some new and heavily armed friends, and that's why she's running that little world.

Of course, she still has to deal with the occasional smuggler and ruffian, but there's ways to handle that sort of person and still keep the moneys you started with as long as you keep your head and don't let things get out of hand…
