Why? It just might be the most kitsch collectible ever forged by man. And you know what? It really is. I bought one for my wife as a surprise and she was tickled pink. It's beautiful. It's one of those rare gems of fandom that make you just giggle. Not just smile. Giggle. It's so bright, cheery and totally unrepentant in its silliness. She takes her lunch to work proudly in what may be the coolest cold sandwich and chips storage device ever to grace a university fridge. Still, it should have had at a least one manic octopus on it.
