Chronicling the hilarious on- and offline lives of a group of Internet role-playing gamers, the Knights of Good, The Guild has become a cult hit and is the winner of numerous awards from SXSW, YouTube, Yahoo, and the Streamys. Now Day brings the wit and heart of the show to this three-issue miniseries. In this origin tale of the Knights of Good, we learn about Cyd's life before joining the guild, how she became Codex, and how she began to meet the other players who would eventually become her teammates. With the passing of a show comes the chance for picking up momentoes. FOX is auctioning off Dollhouse props and costumes. Get dresses and shoes from Echo, Bennett and Adele, a suit from Ballard, Adele's tea set, Topher's sneakers, an all-access pass to the Rayna concert from "Stage Fright"… Lots of great stuff from what has become a truly amazing show.

Finally, we discover what the iPhone was made for: taking Samuel L. Jackson wherever you go.

There have been lots of celebrity apps — Pink, Kevin Smith — but they all shared a similar problem. They talk to you. They tell you just what the celebrity is doing or saying or simply wanting you to know. But with iSamJackson you finally get someone on your side, making you cooler by extension than you ever would be without him.

OK, frankly if this was anyone but Sam Jackson it wouldn't work. But it is, and it does.

A purple cap with a triangular patch on the front made for the sci-fi action film Serenity. The cap is similar to the version worn by the Alliance soldiers onboard the Operatives ship when it is attacked by the Reavers. One size fits most.

"Similar to"? Is it an actual costume prop or a replica? The price ($59) suggests it's a real costume prop — too pricey for a home-made or licensed replica, I would think — but maybe one that never saw screen time, which would cost much more.  And it's listed under Props, instead of Replicas. The Prop Store is usually better about such distinctions. Maybe they couldn't conclusively identify where it was used, so declined to say either way?

Whichever it is, it's a nice looking cap for your purple-belly friends.

This is a model of Inara's (Morena Baccarin) shuttle from the 2005 science fiction movie Serenity. [...] This model has been scratch built from resin and styrene, and crafted with incredible detail: painted silver with small, colored accents; doors, windows, and valves etched into the model; and the words "Firefly Class Shuttle" written on the side. There were three of these shuttle models created for the production, but this one was not used. The model measures about 19" x 8.5" (48cm x 21.5cm) and is in excellent condition. This item is presented in a custom-fabricated acrylic display case, with a laser-cut mat featuring the film title and movie images.

Granted, it is a bit more expensive than the ornament — by about $4,470 — but it's a beautiful piece of the show and I hope if you buy it, you'll let me look at it and sigh wistfully.

A costume worn by The Operative in the sci-fi adventure Serenity. This excellent costume was worn by The Operative (Chiwetel Ejiofor) in scenes near the end of the film on Mr Universe’s planet where he tries to stop Mal broadcasting the message. It consists of a pair of black trousers, a black top, chest armour which is made from rubber sprayed a dark bronze colour, a thick leather belt and gauntlets, which are also the same colour as the chest armour, a pair of black boots (size 9) and a leather sheath that is strapped on to his back and has the handle of his sword sticking out of the top. The sword handle has been glued into the sheath and so can’t be removed, it is made from hard rubber and some of the silver paint has flaked off in places.

I'm almost certain I've listed this before, but this set is listed as having been worn by the actor onscreen, which makes this a bigger deal. Buy it and use it to freak out Nathan Fillion at the next con!

This is one of the things in the hanger that it hit.

This is a hanger vehicle miniature model from the 2005 sci-fi adventure movie Serenity. When the crew is being chased by Reavers they must crash land or “glide” the ship into the hanger after they were hit by enemy fire. The Firefly ship lands in the hanger knocking out scaffolding and comes to a screeching halt next to this all terrain vehicle. The miniature is 9” long made of plastic model with 5 wheels and bound together with screws. This miniature vehicle is in good condition.

ThinkGeek has gotten in some new Star Trek items, and they're getting a little weird…

First up, a replica hand phaser kit.Not a snap-together, mind you, but all the same sort of parts used to create the original:

Which is seriously cool, and as close as you'll get to the real thing without a second mortgage. The next item is also seriously cool, if a little odd: the Star Trek Enterprise Bottle Opener.Officially licensed, this heavy and stylish opener is ready for anything, including the obligatory Romulan Ale jokes.

Handy and stunning, these chromed-out beauties do quick-work on bottles while still screaming Federation. They feel heavy in your hands, like a good phaser, so if diplomatic relations fail you, you can always chuck 'em at your hosts' heads as a weapon.

Again, cool. But the next one I have to wonder about: Red Shirt Star Trek Cologne.This strikes me as the exact opposite of Axe Body Spray, frankly.

Red Shirt Star Trek Cologne is both silly and not all at once. Sure it's mocking all the poor extras who filled the role of cannon fodder for Kirk and his crew, but it also smells really dang nice too. Because sometimes you just need to smell your best, and Red Shirt Star Trek Cologne is a way to do it in style. And who knows, you might not just be an extra destined to die – you could very well be this week's guest star.

Which makes me wonder if I could weaponize Axe. If you dumped a bucket of it on someone, would that person then be smothered by frantic, helpless aroused women? It would be a kind killing, or a really interesting method of suicide.

The massive props store 20th Century Props is going out of business and holding an auction for its final pieces, and there's quite a bit of familiar stuff in there. Wooden chairs, furniture and assorted background props from Firefly (such as the neon Chinese character sign to the right), what looks like the pool table from The Bronze, and much more. This is  a rare chance for Browncoats; props from Serenity pop up regularly, but three aren't many Firefly props available.

The two pieces pictured above, though, I don't recognize offhand. They're listed as being from Firefly; the first is "STATION, SPACE/BATTLE, KEYBOARD, FIREFLY" and the second is "CONTROL STATION, MILITARY/SPACE, MULTIPLE KNOBS & GAUGES, GR, FIREFLY". Anyone recognize these?

Remember the Operative sword The Prop Store of London offered, way back when? Possibly their very first Serenity prop?

The owner, faced with hard times, is selling it on eBay.

SERENITY / FIREFLY FANS! This is the item you've been waiting for! Unfortunately, for some (me) these fun (crap) economic times have lead to some interesting items coming out of the woodwork. I purchased this sword almost the instant it came up for sale. It was the very first Serenity prop to go through the London Prophouse. It comes with the certificate of authenticity and is in great shape. This was the stunt sword used in a lot of the fight scenes in the movie. You can trace a lot of the dings and scratches straight from the screen to the sword. Replicas are well and good, but this is your chance to own an actual piece of a very important movie. Can't stop the signal.

Freakin' Tank Girl's costume.

This is Tank Girl's Costume from the 1995 movie Tank Girl which was Based on the British cult comic-strip. Tank Girl (Lori Petty)our heroine fights a mega-corporation, which controls the world's water supply and this costume is featured in the final battle scenes. The outfit is comprised of two sock elbow pads, chaps, custom vest, bulls-eye t-shirt, choker, and red shorts. All of the items are tailored to fit the petite 5'8"(173cm) actress. The pieces are all in good condition.

Huge fan of this comic, the movie, and Lori Petty. The only thing better would be a costume with two big missle-head bra cones on it, but one must be prepared to settle for what's available.

Which is freakin' Tank Girl's costume. Tank (presumably) not included.

The Mummy with braces was featured on the hit Joss Whedon tv show, Buffy: the vampire slayer. In episode 4 of the second season entitled "Inca Mummy Girl," a male student tampers with the mummy's plate and awakens her. In turn she mummifies him and leaves him in her sarcophagus. Measuring approximately 5ft 5 inches tall,(165cm) the foam over plastic mummy is outfitted with a brown and green burlap wrap, Necklace, braces and a full head of hair. What every modern day teenager would look like had they been mummified. The mummy is in fairly good condition.
